Return & Exchange Policy
RETURN / EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS
If you are within the 14 business day window and would like to process a return or exchange, please email: firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your order number along the item(s) you would like to return or exchange. Within 48 hours of receipt of your email, our customer service department will provide you with a return authorization along with a mailing address to ship the package back to. The Customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the order and Randolph Beer is responsible for the shipping cost of sending back out any exchange item(s).
Randolph Beer will issue a refund within five business days of receipt of the returned item(s). The refund will be processed through the original method of payment received.
Upon receipt of the returned item(s), Randolph Beer will ship the exchange request within three business days. In the event the exchange request is no longer in stock, Customer will have the option of selecting another exchange item or request a refund. If the Customer prefers a refund, Randolph Beer will process this request within five business days.
